Prime Minister Imran Khan, accompanied by Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi and some other cabinet ministers, will attend the 21st meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the member countries of SCO at Dushanbe, Tajikistan on September 16-17 and will reportedly also address the forum.
